SOUND HEALING WORKSHOPS

A day of Meditation, chanting, singing, toning, dance, movement and percussion.

I have been a practising Spiritual Healer for some years and it was the angels who provided the inspiration to move forward into other fields of therapy

It was during training with Diana Cooper while doing healing with Angels, that I realised that I could combine both music and the Angelic viibrations for profound sound healing.

From ancient times sound has been regarded as having healing qualitiies. It is only recently that it has been recognised that sound is essential to health and well being and is now used extensively in therapy, both within the NHS and Complementary Medicine.

Coming from a very musical family background, something for which I will be eternally grateful, I have spent most of my life involved with all aspects of music. It is now my wish to share the great joy I have found in participating musically to bring it within the reach of all. Music remains my first love and I beleive that everyone should have the opportunity to express themselves through sound.

The sound workshops consist of mediation, energy awareness, chanting, singing, toning, movemement and feeling the rhythm with percussion instruments - Meditation and Healing with the sound of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. These powerful crystal bowls were extensively used for healing and clearing thousand of years ago.
